Use of Volusia County Busted Mugshots is subject to these terms. Anyone who does not agree with them should not use the site. Continued access means the visitor accepts the rules, limits, and disclosures stated below.

Volusia County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no connection to a sheriff, jail, corrections department, or other government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered use. The site is a records-resource reference, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Website

This private reference site is not an official Volusia County service. It stores no government booking, custody, or court records and cannot confirm confinement, order release, or file paperwork.

Outside Websites and Services

Links may point to jail rosters, booking feeds, law enforcement offices, court systems, government portals, legal resources, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside service’s content, data practices, terms, price, or availability.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • Information is complete, accurate, or current
  • The site will always be available without interruption
  • The service is free from errors, harmful code, or security flaws
  • A partner search will return every relevant result

Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Volusia County or another agency.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages tied to access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and its partners harmless from claims, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless another owner is identified, the site’s text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Volusia County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, changed, republished, or distributed without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted, and later use of the site signals acceptance of the new terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice.

Florida Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one part invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected part will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
